Pursuant to Article 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) of 27 April 2016 on personal data, we inform you that your personal data, including sensitive data and your email address, are processed in compliance with EU Regulation 2016/679.
The data collected will be processed both in written and electronic form by authorised personnel, for the fulfilment and management of the requested service and, only with your specific and optional consent, for the further purposes set out below, and will be protected by appropriate security measures that guarantee their confidentiality.
With your consent, the data may be used for: a) sending newsletters, updates and informational material from the Studio; b) creating custom audiences on the advertising platforms of Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google, in order to show you the Studio's ads. In the latter case, your email address and phone number are sent in encrypted (hashed) form to Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. and Google Ireland Ltd., which process them under their respective data processing terms and may transfer them to the United States under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. Refusing consent does not affect in any way the reply to your request.
Your personal data may be accessed by internal administrative staff, the Studio's communication and marketing staff, accounting and invoicing staff, as well as those responsible for the management and maintenance of the data processing systems and the technical service providers (hosting, email delivery) acting as data processors.
The data will not be sold, transferred or disclosed to commercial partners or third parties for their own purposes. They may only be disclosed as necessary for contractual obligations, legal requirements or, with your consent, to the advertising platforms indicated above, solely for the Studio's own promotional purposes. You are guaranteed the right to request access to, rectification or erasure of your personal data, restriction of processing or to object to it, to withdraw your consent at any time (by writing to info@dottssadeoliveira.it or via the unsubscribe link in every communication) and to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
At the end of the contractual relationship, your personal data will be kept for no longer than necessary for the purposes for which they were collected and subsequently processed, and in any case not beyond the periods established by law. Data processed on the basis of consent will be kept until consent is withdrawn.
